How This Site Is Written and Verified
Last updated
This site is a library about United States business tax law, published by a licensed CPA firm. Because the subject is regulated and the reader may act on it, the site is written and verified against a fixed set of standards.
- Every tax rule cites its Internal Revenue Code section with a link to irs.gov or Cornell LII; state rules cite the state’s official source.
- Every page carries a last-verified date and the tax year it describes.
- No dollar figure appears unless it is a published statutory figure with a citation, a firm metric the firm can substantiate, or an explicitly labelled hypothetical.
- No advisor can guarantee a tax outcome. This site publishes no guaranteed savings, no guaranteed refunds, and no claim that any taxpayer can eliminate their tax liability. Circular 230 and the AICPA advertising rules prohibit claims that create false expectations of a favourable result.
- Where the law is changing or scheduled to change, the page says so and dates the rule rather than stating it flatly.
- Reviews and testimonials are real and attributable, and any result shown is not represented as typical.
- Trusts and entity documents are drafted by an attorney. Accountack is a CPA firm — not a law firm and not a registered investment adviser.

When something here is wrong, it gets fixed and the fix is dated rather than made silently. Corrections are logged at /corrections. Report an error to advisor@accountack.com.

If you want to know which of these apply to your business specifically, that is a conversation about your actual numbers — not a seminar example.
Or start with the Free Cash Clarity Audit — A no-cost review of where your business stands and what a planning engagement would target — the firm's own named starting point.
20 minutes with an Accountack advisor. If a technical review is worth your time, the next step is a workshop with Mena — and if there is nothing material to do, he will say so.
