Accountack's Services

Last updated

Accountack runs four service lines: tax strategy and planning, tax preparation, CFO and bookkeeping, and entity formation with business process optimization. The firm leads with strategy because the return reports a number that structure and timing have already set. Each service is described below with what it covers, who it is for, and its honest limit.

Tax Strategy & Planning

Forward-looking work on structure, timing, credits, and state elections, delivered as a two-track plan — strategies that need capital and strategies that do not — and closed out with a reconciliation that quantifies what each move actually did.

Who it is for. Owners whose business has outgrown a once-a-year return and who want the year shaped while the levers are still open.

The limit. It is not a promise of a number. No advisor controls a tax outcome; what a strategist controls is the structure and the timing that produce it.

Includes: two-track tax plan · prior-year compliance review · closing reconciliation · state PTET elections.

Tax Preparation

Federal and state business and personal returns, prepared by the same team that built the plan, plus a prior-year compliance review of the returns the firm inherits.

Who it is for. Owners who want the plan and the return to be consistent rather than handed between two firms who never speak.

The limit. Preparation alone will not change the number materially if the structure is wrong — which is why the firm leads with strategy rather than with the return.

Includes: business and personal returns · amended returns · Form 3115 method changes.

CFO & Bookkeeping

Monthly close and reporting, cash-flow forecasting and cash positioning, industry benchmarking, capital-decision modelling, and payroll.

Who it is for. Owners who need finance-department decision support — accurate numbers on time and a model for every major decision — without a full-time salary.

The limit. Bookkeeping produces information, and information without a decision cadence changes nothing. The CFO review exists to turn the numbers into decisions.

Includes: monthly close and reporting · cash-flow forecasting and cash positioning · industry benchmarking · capital-decision modelling · payroll.

Entity Formation & Business Process Optimization

State selection, entity structure, articles and operating agreements, registered agent service, holding and management company setup, and an asset-protection review coordinated with attorneys.

Who it is for. Owners setting up — or restructuring — the entities that carry both the tax result and the liability separation.

The limit. Trusts and entity documents are drafted by an attorney; the CPA's job is to size what the structure does to the tax picture. Accountack is not a law firm.

Includes: state selection · articles and operating agreements · registered agent · holding and management company setup · asset-protection review (coordinated with attorneys).
